Complex legal action relating to the establishment and maintenance of business entity in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and standards.
"Economy":
- Verbal advice on civil, commercial, administrative, labor, tax law - up to 10 downloads a month;
- Written opinions, drafting contracts, internal documents, statements, except claims, responses to claims, claims - up to 5 documents per month).
Cost USD 150 per month.
"Budget":
- Verbal advice on civil, commercial, administrative, labor, tax law - up to 15 downloads a month;
- Written opinions, drafting contracts, internal documents, statements, except claims, responses to claims, claims - up to 10 documents per month;
- Participation in negotiations with the client - up to 5 hours per month;
- Representation of clients in litigation - no more than 1 process.
Price 400 USD/month.
"Business":
- Verbal advice on civil, commercial, administrative, labor, tax law - up to 20 downloads a month;
- Written opinions, drafting contracts, internal documents, statements, except claims, responses to claims, claims - up to 15 documents per month;
- Participation in negotiations with the client - up to 25 hours per month;
- Representation of clients in litigation - no more than 2 processes simultaneously.
Price 500 USD per month.
Exclusive:
- Verbal advice on civil, commercial, administrative, labor, tax law - unlimited;
- Written opinions, drafting contracts, internal documents, statements, except claims, responses to claims, claims - unlimited;
- Participation in negotiations with the client - unlimited;
- Representation of clients in litigation - no more than 3 processes simultaneously.
Price 900 USD per month.
Notes:
- In case of exceeding the limit of hours for each type of customer service the cost of each additional hour of work performed under this price list.
- Services not included in this or that package of services paid by Customer based on the account that is exhibited by the results of this month.
- The subscription of the service are not included in the registration of services, services with licenses that are paid separately.
- The subscription service "budget", "Business" and "Exclusive" included services client representation in litigation at the price of the claim to USD 1,500., When the price action over 1,500 USD. by agreement of the parties are paid bonuses for results.
- Monthly fee is monthly. Payment - by agreement of the parties. Payment is made in UAH Ukraine.
