Executive Search

Besides staff recruitment using the traditional methods our company offers the service called Executive Search (direct search or executive officers and the most sought after specialists).

The task to use Executive Search method may appear when:

• - employers are not able to involve bearers of business technologies;
• - no results have been achieved after putting vacancies in media and on-line;
• - privacy condition is required.

The search becomes more complicated because of the fact, that such specialists do not look for a new job , they don’t publish their resume and are not interested in new vacancies. Potential employer is more interested in getting such a specialist than the specialist in getting new job.
