Conducting research taking aim of defying salary range and structure and remuneration package of separate categories of employees in specified categories.

Information resources:

• -«BTM Staff »database;
• - results of candidates interviews;
• - other Information resources of «BTM Staff».

Report structure:

• - research outline;
• - list of companies, involved in research;
• - company’s position in ranged list according to performance ;
• - company’s name, vacancy, short description of the vacancy ( list of the main functions) range and structure of salary and remuneration package.

 The report doesn’t contain:

• - personal information and contact details about people taking positions in searching companies.;
• -detailed description vacancies in search (work, duties and subordination structure);
• - information about resources of information;
• - information, provided in the report is confidential and cannot be passed to the third party or published in bare source.

Cost and terms of investigation depend on the position and number of companies under consideration. (N)

For 1 position when  N is up to 5 companies.

• - top-management — cost is $500, terms are 3-4 weeks;
• - middle-level management — cost is $350, terms are2-3 weeks;
• - operating personnel — cost is $200,  terms  are 2 weeks.

• - when searching within top 10 companies price increases by 100%;
• - when searching within positions taken by expats price increase by 100%;
• - in case terms of investigations are lower than  minimum term stated in our offer price increases by 100 %;
• - discounts depend on number of investigated positions in one company: more then 5 (10%), more than 10 (15%), more than 15 (20%);
• - when detailed description if investigated position are included in report price increase by 20%;
• - the work is provided on the basis of the contract in the condition of 50 % prepayment.
