Methods and Work Routine

Methods of cooperation with employers:

  • -You need to fill in our application form for staff recruitment and contact us by the;
  • - our consultant calls you back the same day and specifies information about the needed vacancy, it’s main features, duties, performance analyses to get to know specific requirements for the candidate;
  • - our consultant fixes a meeting with the customer in order to specify what he needs exactly, to get to know about company’s corporate culture, to analyze candidate’s performance, to discuss specific requirements for  the candidate;
  • - Supplement to the Contract (Application Form), which is integral part of the Contract, service cost, order of payment and warranty package are agreed;
  • -Contract for providing staff recruitment is signed;
  • - While choosing, the candidates’ resumes containing notes of our human resource manager are sent to the customer. This is not a copy of candidate’s resume, but summary of interview, observations, testing, and recommendations’ from the previous place of work analyses;
  • - Specialists who arose customer’s interest are invited to the company. Customer’s feedback (opinion about represented candidates) is very important for effective cooperation.


Having taken a decision the customer informs recruiting company about the date the candidate started to work;

- Payment should be done in 5-days term from the date of the specialist started to work.

Methods of search:

  • -The database of candidates, having undergone the interview with specialists of recruiting company BTM Staff is regularly updated.
  • -cooperation with Donetsk Regional Employment bureau;
  • - cooperation with higher educational institutions and professional associations;
  • - advertisements, given in special and nonspecial media;
  • - search with the help of Internet;
  • - taking part in vacancy fair in Donetsk;
  • - unique methods of  involvement the candidates, who work successfully at present moment;
  • - search over personal contacts.

Methods of candidates assessment:

  • - preliminary candidates selection – resume analysis;
  • - two-level interview (by phone and in person) with human resource managers, psychological and professional testing if necessary
  • -in some case recruiting company specialists together with customer’s representatives work out questionnaires in which company specific is taken into consideration.
  • -recommendations checking and sending inquiries to organizations. Assessment of candidate’s correspondence to declared demands.
