Staff leasing

Staff leasing is the most successfully developing directions among recruiting service. Annual increase is about 50-70%.

Staff leasing service includes:

• -providing of employees ( or search and staff recruiting), which are on the staff of recruiting company «BTM Staff» on the customer’s demand;
• - records management in correspondence to Ukrainian labour regulations and tax legislation;
• - individual bank account for each employee;
• - salary calculation and transfer of salary, temporary disability allowance, compensation for not used vacations on the employee bank account;
• - taxes and fees calculation and payment;
• -involving leased staff in motivation system, including receiving bonuses and Corporate Pension Programme .

Cost of staff leasing:

- employee’s salary and taxes payment;

- «BTM Staff» remuneration (% from employee salary or fixed amount of money) is determined by the agreement of the sides and depends on demands made to the employees and their number. 

Payment for staff leasing is provided per month. If it’s necessary to choose the staff, this service is payed separately or may be included in the cost of leasing.

Outstaffing

Outstaffing is one of the means of staff managing which enables companies to regulate the number of employees in the staff.  This scheme enables to introduce in provider’s staff employees of your company, who cannot be in staff in your company according to different reasons.

Outstaffing service includes:

• - signing the labour agreement with employee and his/her including into recruiting company "BTM Staff" staff (if the customer wishes the whole groups of employees can be involved in the process of outstaffing).
• - complete human resource records management in correspondence to Ukrainian labour regulations and tax legislation;
• - individual bank account for each employee;
• - salary calculation and transfer of salary, temporary disability allowance, compensation for not used vacations on the employee bank account;
• - taxes and fees calculation and payment;
• - involving leased staff in motivation system, including receiving bonuses and Corporate Pension Programme .

Cost of outstaffing:

• - employee’s salary and taxes payment;
• - «BTM Staff» remuneration (% from employee salary or fixed amount of money) is determined by the agreement of the sides and depends on demands made to the employees and their number.
• -Payment for outstaffing is provided per month.
